RETURN POLICY--Returned plant material must be returned within 3 days of purchase with the receipt. Returned plants must be in saleable condition and not have been planted. Returned plants maybe subject to a minimum 20% (up to 40%) restocking fee and subject to manager’s discretion.
CREDITS--All credits for returned material will expire 30 days after the date upon which they were issued. This does not apply to gift certificates.
GIFT CERTRIFICATES--All gift certificated cannot be exchange to cash and will expired in 1 year according to date issued behind the gift certificate.
GUARANTEE--Once the plant material leaves the nursery and Upland Nursery employees have no control over planting, watering or care, we cannot guarantee its performance in your landscape.

Due to the shipping of UPS, we can not be responsible for delivery problems such as lost or damaged in transit. Please make sure that you have typed in the correct adddress and zipcode. Because of the plumeria cutting, leaves torn or broken in transit do not qualify the plumeria you receive as "damaged".
